The two communities face each other across Lyons Road in west Delray Beach. Both were built by GL Homes, both are guard-gated, both are organized around lakes rather than a golf course, and both are zoned for the same Boca Raton public schools. In each, the clubhouse comes with the home through the homeowners association, with no club membership to buy.
The Bridges came first, so its landscaping is more mature, and it offers similar GL Homes floor plans for less: its median $1M+ sale over the last two years was about $165,000 lower than Seven Bridges, at roughly $37 less per square foot, and its dues run around $200 a month lower. Its racquet center adds four pickleball courts.
Seven Bridges is newer and larger, with a clubhouse roughly twice the size and a 13-court tennis center. Buyers who will use the club every day, or who want the newest construction, often lean that way. Ricky's Seven Bridges site has every home there on a live map.
Buyers focused on value and price per square foot often start at The Bridges; families who want the biggest club tend to look at Seven Bridges. Ricky can tour both in a single afternoon and show you the recent sales of the same floor plan in each. Plan a tour →
